The new Melbourne Group Alpha has five memberships available. Membership is available to all Victorian and Southern NSW Law Firms allowing for the strictly enforced Non-Competition  clause. This clause states that each member of the group has the right to refuse a new membership on the basis of direct competition. This clause is vital to the success of the group as it ensures open and honest communication, the sharing of strategy and the willingness to help other members of the group. I’m confident you understand the importance of this clause and will also appreciate the right to decide who else is a member of your group.
