Our small group marketing program gives you the tools and confidence you need to attract and retain clients to grow your business.

Let’s explain how it works.

We break our groups into a regional area to provide the best support network. Each group consists of five non-competing Law Firms. Each Law Firm is represented by one (or more) Partner and a Practice Manager or Employed Solicitor.

Think Days

Once a quarter the group meets for a Think Day. These days are a combination of learning, peer-based discussions (on all business topics affecting Law Firms), planning and most importantly accountability.

Weekly Meeting

Once a week the group meets online to review their activities, be kept accountable, learn key strategies and tactics and share results.

Support Network

Each group is facilitated and supported by our team of professional marketing experts.

Program

The foundation of the marketing program is to set SMART Goals individually tailored to your Law Firm. Once goals are set, a 90-day plan is formalised. Weekly activity is action-oriented and measured. Results are reviewed and new Goals set.
